Engineering People are currently seeking a Refrigeration / Service Engineer for a 6-month temp-to-permanent opportunity with a global company specialising in industrial cooling solutions.

This role is suited to a hands-on technician who enjoys variety and is comfortable working across refrigeration, installation and mechanical fitting work.

You’ll be working on commercial and industrial cooling systems, assisting with installation of new equipment, pipework, and electrical component testing when required.

  Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair refrigeration and cooling systems
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Assist with installation of new equipment and systems
• Mechanical fitting and pipework as required
• Electrical testing and replacement of components
• Preventative maintenance and service reporting
  
  

  What We’re Looking For

  ✔ Experience working with refrigeration systems
  ✔ Australian recognised refrigeration / electrical qualification
  ✔ Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding ability
  ✔ Comfortable assisting with mechanical installation work
  ✔ Current driver’s licence
  ✔ Full Australian working rights
